Bryan D. Glass, Esq. has extensive public and private sector litigation experience in education, employment, and municipal law. He also serves as a neutral mediator and arbitrator in various settings, including FINRA, PERB, Southern District of New York, and New York City small claims court. He is a 1992 graduate of the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and a 1995 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has been a law clerk at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City. He has also served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department from 1997-2001, and as an Associate Counsel with the New York State United Teachers from 2001-2007, and has since worked in the private sector thereafter representing both individual employees and management.
